Returns

What is the Return Policy?

We want you to sleep with confidence. That’s why every mattress purchase from KingKoil.com comes with a 100-night sleep trial, no strings attached. Your trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered.

You must try your new mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return. This gives your body time to adjust to the support and comfort of your new sleep surface.

If after 30 nights of use of your mattress, you’re not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within the 100-night period. We’ll arrange for a free pickup and provide a full refund of your mattress purchase price.

Please note: The trial applies only to mattresses and is limited to one return per household. The mattress must be clean, undamaged, and have the original law tag attached.  Please refer to our Returns Policy.

How do I return my King Koil mattress?

How does King Koil handle returns if the mattress doesn't meet my expectations?

Do I need to keep any of the packing materials?

You can dispose of the packaging once your King Koil mattress is set up. And if you find it's not the perfect match during your 100 night sleep trial, there's no need to stress about returns. Just call our customer service sleep experts at 1-602-975-5151.

Do I need to pay to return my King Koil mattress?

Returns are free if you are in the contiguous U.S.

Warranty

What is the warranty coverage on the mattress?

Each King Koil mattress is covered by a limited time warranty after you purchase it. This means that if your mattress has a defect covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace it. This includes all parts of the mattress determined to have a defect.

Shipping

Where does King Koil ship to?

King Koil currently offers shipping to
contiguous US States only with the following exclusions: Rhode Island and
Connecticut. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations at this time are
also excluded.

Where does King Koil ship from?

King Koil ships from one of our two
factories located in Avondale, AZ or East Windsor, CT.

Once I place my order, how long does it take to receive it?

Each mattress is hand made to order,
which takes about 3-5 business days. You can expect to receive your mattress 7-10
business days after the mattress has been manufactured.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free within the contiguous United States.
